TWUSA LOUNGE SPACE

The TWUSA Lounge is our space – all of us. We offer free coffee and printing all day in the Lounge. Every Sunday and Thursday evening from 10pm-1am, we stay open late for all of your late-night study needs. Even when we do close the office outside of those times, we offer evening and weekend bookings, free of charge.

BOOKINGS

Our lounge, located in the Douglas Centre, is available to rent out at zero cost! You can book the space for Dorm meetings, events, game nights, and more. Stop by the TWUSA lounge to book your slot, or contact the current Director of Internal Relations.

The TWUSA lounge has a welcoming atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. Come by to connect with friends, catch up on homework, or just chill.

The TWUSA office is closed for Chapel (10:55 am – 11:35 am daily) and exam weeks.

TWUSA offers free rental of assorted equipment that may be useful for your event. Our list below may not be entirely up to date. For list of current rental items or to discuss rental of an item, please contact the current Director of Operations and Services.

Our rentals are free, but require renters to leave a deposit of $20, or your student card, which will be returned to you on the return of the items rented.

Each rental has 24 hour usage period unless specifically discussed with a TWUSA member and approved by the Director of Operations and Services.

As a condition of renting out any item from TWUSA, the renter automatically becomes liable for the items during which the items are under the care of the renter. Any damage or misplacement of items will result in a fine or charge for replacement.
