How We Function

The TWUSA Lounge along with all rental procedures is managed by the Director of Operations and Services. During the week, over 20 leaders from the Student Association including members of Mars Hill Newspaper and Pillar Yearbook help to steward the lounge and provide services to students. We invite all undergrad students to come by and make themselves at home by using the resources we provide and enjoying the space.

Lounge Booking

All undergrad students enrolled at TWU have the ability to rent the TWUSA Lounge. The space offers a large, comfortable living area as well as space to study. Groups such as clubs, D-Groups, and dorms often rent the space, but even groups of friends can rent the Lounge for the evening!

Available times for Lounge rental range from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am most weekday nights, with weekends also being an option.

To inquire about renting the Lounge, please stop by in person during the week to find out availability and sign a booking agreement (hours above)
